We will naturally arrange for quotations to be prepared and analyse them before making any recommendations. The works will get supervised on a regular basis and provide regular client reports on progress. Final accounts will also be prepared which outlines any cost variations and the final contract sum.

Painting and Decorating

Pinnacle Group carries out all manner of painting and decorating services for commercial and private clients. Our experienced team of painters provide a high quality service for any size of contract. From small works such as single rooms, through to larger scale redecoration including multiple rooms, hotel floors and corridors and entire buildings we are happy to discuss your needs.

We have extensive knowledge of a number of paint manufacturers, including Dulux, Crown, Paintplus, Johnstones, Farrow & Ball and others. We use fire retardant, anti graffitti, mould and fungicidal, special effects and spray applied finishes. We are always happy to use the clients specified products but should you require assistance or advice on paints, we can help.

We are also able to provide full painting specifications from Dulux and can engage with manufacturers. We carry out a high quality of works in accordance with our own workmanship and material specifications should none be provided by the client.

External Redecorations

We carry out full external redecoration and repair works throughout Limerick & Mid-West region. We work on private and commercially owned premises from single or multiple dwellings to managed blocks, including schools and county buildings.

We are able to provide all necessary preparation work including brickwork, stucco, rendering, roofing, Crittal windows repairs, stone cleaning and timber repairs prior to the redecorations themselves.

We often act as main contractor for clients on larger contracts allowing for one point of contact. We have our own extensive sub-contractor base but are always happy to use nominated contractors that the client would like to continue using.

Office Refurbishment / Fit Out

Pinnacle Group has experience of office refurbishments and fit outs, from upgrading works following dilapidations to refurbishment of existing facilities. We cater for installation or repairs to ceiling partitioning, lighting, carpeting, flooring, redecoration and electrical maintenance.

Refurbishments

We upgrade and improve existing common parts areas with renewed lighting, adding emergency lighting, new carpeting or flooring, refurbishing or repair of tiled, timber or marble entrance floors, install fire alarms (wired and wireless), upgrade or renew video entry systems, with re-decorations throughout. We are sympathetic to the needs of residents and have completed several large projects to the full satisfaction of our clients.
Other projects include WC, office and general commercial refurbishments, working within our clients’ specification.

Building Maintenance, Installations and Repairs.

In addition to the list of works already outlined we are able to provide general building maintenance services to our clients, from broken locks to minor redecorations or repairs. We have experience in overhauling crittal windows, installing new UPVC windows and doors, roofing works, ironwork repairs and stone works.
Not all properties allow for general scaffolding access so we can cater for abseiling access, cherry pickers or cradles where necessary.
